In my opinion, that having group sketch would be helpful for the students to learn from each other. I know being organised with my lessons plans will allow my class to run smooth. I want to o rganize sure I have the materials my students acquire to work and constitute their projects. I want to make my classroom a pleasant place for students to learn. In my field, I cannot go into my classroom lecture too much because the students will lose interest. I will give the students some information and directions they need to conduct the assignment and then allow then to start. I will be available for any questions the students might have and walk or so to each to mentor their progress. I will try to keep myself aware of new information and changes in education as it pertains to my field of teaching. I will attend workshops of varies interests. Searching the Internet is a great machine for finding examples and ideas. Even showing different cultures from all over the world. For example, how we create pottery could be totally different than the America Native Indians, who are famous for their ceramics. I would also like to know what my students interests are and see how I ca n convert it into my classroom. Communication between a teacher and a parent is very important. Both should work together because of the greater influence in the shaping in a childs life. Douglas J. Fiore states in his book, Creating Connection for Better Schools that The best teachers use varied forms of communication and regularly provided feedback to students and parents alike.

Anger in The Victims In The Victims, by Sharon Olds, the author reveals the dark side of a society where split up is prevalent, some family members find it hard to cope with. In the first fractional of The Victims, it sounds ilk a young child is telling the experience regarding her parents divorce. The vocalizer expresses anger toward the breed. When mother divorced you, we were glad. (Line 1) The we is probably several children and their mother. It appears they all experienced an unpleasant life with their father. The mother took it and took it, in silence (Lines 1 and 2) and the children were as well told to endure the abuse. What was it that the mother had to retain? From the reading it appears in that location was some theatrical role of abuse. The abuse could have been physical but was most likely verbal and then again it could have been total silence. The father could have been a workaholic and never spent any time with them. This sheath of neglect genuinely hurt s as there is no togetherness or closeness. The bitterness toward the father was cold, so much so, that when he was fired, we grinned inside. (Lines 4 and 5) The speaker wanted some allayer to the years of hurt so laughing about what happened to their father was an unrestrained outpouring of how the speaker wanted to get back at him. When the father was fired, the speaker compares this incidence to when Nixons helicopter lifted...the last time. During Nixons presidency, there was the Watergate scandal. News of this event carried around the world and most people wanted him impeached but instead he resigned. The feeling was that of remorse yet the domain knew he had to leave. The same feeling is depicted in this statement. The speaker expresses blessedness to the fact that those things of material value to their father were taken away. She is concerned everywhere whether they would take away his suits. To her this is the only symbol of her fathers identicalness that she remem bers and if they took the suits away, it would be an end to the years of silence. Maybe the speaker felt like if the suits were taken away, then maybe her father would seek another type of job and not be so distant. The mother taught us to take it, to hate you (Line 15) until there were no thoughts of their father around them.

Hello, good morning and welcome to step for the class of 2012. I ache waited to hear those words for 5 years - and by the looks on any of my fellow graduates faces, I am not al mavin. Think with me for a gauzy about the process we have gone through which has gathered us here today. Our stories of these past years are not much different. Whether you went to a community college, transferred here from another four-year school or started your freshman year in the dorms near the entrance of this campus, we are finally finishing together. My buddy asked me how I was able to finish college. I told him it is because I enjoy culture and I always finish. No matter if I unplug my ready reckoner and lose all my work, I stay up until I finish. In my opinion the joy of learning and the gift of finishing are not things we learn in college. These are skills we bring with us and apply to our studies. And no matter where or how you learn them, you never forget them. I goug e credit my mom for giving me the joy of learning. I spent my counterbalance five years of life growing up in a small town called Plain. Given the name of Plain Im sure I dont have to waste your clock time explaining the ins and outs of this small community. The one colorful part about Plain was the throng who lived there. Being that an elementary school was so far away, the community find out up a home school system and my mom was one of the teachers. Having my mom as a teacher in kindergarten was like having put all day long. However, she could always get me involved using her abominable imagination. When our family had to move to North Fork, Colorado to follow my dads job, my beat continued to teach me as well as my brother Andy. Her creative thinking never stopped... ...sh a job, I am a college graduate and leave behind now work smarter. As a speaker at our graduation I am supposed to represent all of the graduating class from call down University but I do nt see the relevancy in that. I am only one story in this divers(a) group of experiences. However, we were all achievers growing up, we have been a success in college and we will be the difference in the future and that is something I am proud to represent. Allow me to speak for all of us when I theorize thank you to this school for giving us our college experiences, to the teachers in our departments for opening our minds to the humanity and to all those who have shaped our lives up until this point giving us the drive to learn and the ability to finish this monumental goal. We will obtain it up to each and everyone of you in the future with our positive influence on the world. Thank you
